Prayer in CRP(MD) NO.153 OF 2018 This Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06/11/2017, passed in E.A.No.13 of 2017 in E.P.No.02 of 2016 in R.C.O.P. No.02 of 2010 passed by the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. F.X. Eugene, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S. Pon Senthil Kumaran, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time already granted by this court on 29.01.2021 for vacating the scheduled premises and to deliver the possession of the land. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. There is strong objection on the side of the respondent to grant further extension of time.
3.It is seen from the records that this court has passed an order on 09.12.2020 dismissing the civil revision filed by the petitioner herein and granted time till 26.01.2021 to vacate the possession of the land. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition for extension of time and this court, considering the facts https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD). No.1296 of 2021 of the circumstances of the case, granted time till 12.02.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner, without vacating the possession of the scheduled land, once again approached this court seeking extension of time. This type of approach made by the petitioner is not at all entertained by this court.
