[Judgment of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that while the appellant was taking treatment in jail for cancer had passed away on 13.08.2023. A report dated 12.09.2023 has been filed by the Superintendent of Prison, Special Prison for Women, Trichy addressed to the authorities concerned and the same was placed before this Court.
