[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR,J] Since this Criminal Original Petition is connected with HCP(MD) No.1550 of 2015 pending before this Bench, by order of the learned Single Judge, this Criminal Original Petition came to be listed before this Bench to be heard along with Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Mr.R.Ramachandran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction from the respondent police, submits that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused and ranked as A9 in Crime No.585 of 2015, registered on the file of the third respondent and that in view of the same, the prayer for a direction not to harass the petitioner is illconceived and the prayer has to be rejected, in view of the fact revealed by the respondents that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in the above said criminal case.
