Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m till 23.11.2016 and thereafter once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and also as and when required. sd/- 18/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
