ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.04.2019 for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC ,in C.C.No.833 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. He seeks bail.

2. The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.833 of 2018 on 29.11.2018 pending on the file of the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.. Thereby, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 29.11.2018. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.04.2019. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. The petitioner was not able to appear before the trial court on 29.11.2018. The learned counsel undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the nature of the case and considering the period of incarceration , I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, Trichy District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, Trichy District daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 08/05/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
