This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the early disposal of the I.D.O.P.No.930 of 2022, on the file of the Family Judge, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the respondent was set ex-parte on 21.04.2023. Later filed an application to set aside the ex parte order. In the meantime, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2023, have been filed in the I.D.O.P.No.930 of 2022 for amendment, both are kept pending.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, to dispose the both I.As., within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
