PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue look out circular against the fourth respondent Edwinraj in FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 pending investigation on the file of the fourth respondents and the respondents 1 to 4 to file final report before this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to issue look out circular against the fourth respondent Edwinraj in FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 pending investigation on the file of the fourth respondent and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to file final report before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2022 is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after following the procedure as contemplated under the Code of Criminal Procedure. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
