ORDER
Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency, this criminal original petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint seeking to conduct an enquiry by complying the order, dated 21.07.2023 in Cr.M.P.No.20675 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli. Since the same was not acted upon, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P(MD)No. 6610 of 2024. This Court by an order dated 30.04.2024 directed the respondent police to register a case. Only thereafter, a case was registered in Crime No.41 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 324, 420, 467, 468, 441, 471 and 506 (1) of IPC as against one Fathima, Hajira and Inaiyathullah. However, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, sought to transfer the same. 2/5
3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the matter pertains to a fake legal heirship certificate allegedly obtained by the husband of A1. The issue is currently pending before the Tahsildar for verification of the genuineness of the legal heirship certificate.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. The date of F.I.R is 05.06.2024. No doubt a period of at least one and half years have elapsed. Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation which is undertaken by the 2nd respondent keenly and the 2nd respondent is directed to apprise the progress of the investigation every Friday from time to time to the 1st respondent and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible within period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
