PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 08.05.2019, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that if a regular case is registered, the said order will become infructuous and the petitioners have to file a fresh application and also directed the respondent to file a status report on 06.06.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that after conducting enquiry, FIR has been registered against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 6 and 7 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929 and 294(b) of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2019.
