This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 27 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur vide e.filing, and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate (Crl.side) that already investigation was completed and final report was filed, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if he is aggrieved.
