ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 in Crime No.380 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2015. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 06.09.2015 the accused had taken away a cell phone worth of Rs.1,000/- and a cash of Rs.4,000/- from the shop of the de facto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that based on the confession of A1 and A2, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent. It is further submitted that A1 and A2 are having similar cases and the petitioner is associate of A1 and A2.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 pm until further orders.
