ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with Crime No. not known of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
3. Hence, the respondent police shall complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per the direction of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
4.The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and when required for interrogation.

5. If the respondent police intends to proceed further they can act in accordance with the procedure laid down under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C.
6. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
