Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.SR37106 of 2016:- Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Revision Petition is preferred against the exparte order passed in M.C.No.50 of 2013 on 18.02.2014 on the file learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichirappalli, for the following facts and circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Both the Counsel for the Petitioner and the respondent are present.
2. The counsel for the petitioner states that 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount as on date, was deposited (Rs.85,000/- on 30.05.2017 and Rs.19,000/- on 02.06.2017), as per the order passed by this Court, dated 13.04.2017, by the petitioner herein and he has also filed a proof of deposit.
3. Further, the counsel for the petitioner agrees to withdraw the said deposited amount from the concerned Court by the respondent herein. Hence, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount from the concerned Court on filing proper application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.
