ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed that the common order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.10269 of 2019 dated 12.08.2024 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that a portion of the order dated 12.08.2024 has been complied with and a sum of Rs.10 lakh has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner vide Cheque No.988889 dated 01.04.2025. With regard to the order of initiation of departmental proceedings as against the erring officials, the Department has preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)SR No.30470 of 2025.

3. Considering the development that the Department has preferred an appeal as against the order of initiation of departmental proceedings, this Contempt Petition is closed.
