RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1572 of 2017 dated 14.02.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks.
