ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 6, 5(1) of POCSO Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused got married one Karthigaiselvi, who is aged about 17 years and 1 month. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner sofar.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has received a call from the respondent police today morning (04.02.2022).

6. Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this petition has become unnecessary. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner always is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
