RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT /COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 1566 of 2017 by order dated 13.02.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.

RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. On Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
