Learned advocate for the petitioner states that, this petition, at this stage has become infructuous and therefore seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

W.P.(MD) No.2874 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P(MD) No.2343 of 2021 would not survive.
