ORDER

The petitioner prays for issuance of writ of mandamus to survey the petitioner's lands and demarcate the same with the aid of the jurisdictional police.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is to issue of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property. The petitioner has already made an application on 2/5

24.08.2023 and followed up the same with another representation. However, till date, the second respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation.

5. In view of the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.08.2023 and if require, take the assistance of the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station at the time of survey and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
