ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to withdraw the case in Crime No.2001 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to the third respondent or to any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.141 of 2021 and that the case stands posted for trial on 28.12.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
