... Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of impugned notification issued by the respondent No.6 in regard of "RE DO" list dated on 05.01.2022 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have been permitted to appear for the examination scheduled to take place in February 2022 on payment of condonation fee of Rs.1000/-.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that that the petitioners have already paid the condonation fee and therefore, they may be permitted to write the examination scheduled to take place in February 2022.

3.After recording the statements made by the respective counsels, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the sixth respondent to permit the petitioners to write the odd semester examination scheduled to take place in February 2022 subject to payment of Rs.1000/- towards the condonation fee. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
