ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 to permit the petitioner to discharge her duties as Secondary Grade Teacher in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Kidaram, Thottiam Union, Trichy District and allow to continue her work in the same school without causing any disturbance.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has already been permitted to discharge her duties as Secondary Grade Teacher in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Kidaram, Thottiam Union, Trichy District.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
