ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.12.2024 in a fair manner and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 within a period as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner presented a complaint, dated 17.12.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2 2/5

and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the representation of the petitioner was under consideration and will dispose the same, within a period of one week.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same in accordance with law on merits within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
