The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to furnish a copy of the sale certificate issued pursuant to the e-auction conducted in furtherance of the sale notice bearing Ref.No.ROTHENI/SN/2025-26/486 dated 26.11.2025 issued by the first respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents handed over a copy of the sale certificate to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been acceded to, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
