This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.1 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.01 of 2015 and the first respondent Police is yet to file charge sheet before the concerned Court. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, this criminal original petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is dismissed as infructuous. However, the first respondent Police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
