ORDER

The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.43 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offence under Section 429 IPC. He has moved this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.43 of 2023 pending against him.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2023 was completed and the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.304 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. He further submits that pending this petition, the petitioner/sole accused died on 20.02.2024.
