CORAM:
THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE P.B. BALAJI R.Vijayalakshmi .... Petitioner /Vs./ 1.The District Collector, O/o.The District Collectorate, Madurai.

.... Respondents P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 4 to implement 1/5
the order of the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No.6138/2016/P dated 25.01.2021.
For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj For Respondents : Mr.S.Jeyapriya Government Advocate
ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and fourth respondents to implement the order of the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No.6138/2016/P, dated 25.01.2021.
2. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the offiical respondents.
4. Though the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to implement the order of the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No. 6138/2016/P, on a perusal of the records, it is seen that it is the third 2/5
respondent has passed the order in Ni.Mu.No.6138/2016/P, dated 25.01.2021 and not the second respondent.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks limited relief of disposal of the writ petition by issuing a direction to implement the order of the third respondent dated 25.01.2021 though wrongly typed as the order of the second respondent, it would suffice to direct the fourth respondent Tahsildar to implement the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 25.01.2021. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
