Order:This Petition having been listed today for granting extension of time, coming on for orders upon perusing the note order dated:8/1/2016 made in Crl.OP.No.20001/14 the court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila court, Madurai sought further extension of six months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2013.

Time is extended for further period of six months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila court, Madurai, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
