Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. D. SRINIVASARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Criminal Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court reguraly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
