2.This Court by the order dated 08.05.2019 has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction that the respondent has to file a status report with regard to the stage of the investigation.

3.Today, When this matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that F.I.R has been registered in Cr.No.16 of 2019 under Sections 419, 420, 423, 465, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

468 and 471 I.P.C.

4.Paragraph No.5 of the order, dated 08.05.2019 reads as follows:

"If a regular case is registered, this order will become infructuous and the petitioner will have to apply afresh for anticipatory bail."

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
