RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No. 16953 of 2016, dated 09.09.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SUTHA SATHYANANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a

month ie., on first and third Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also as and when required, until further orders.
