ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioner is having seven previous cases, the second respondent has initiated proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. He would further submit that summons has not been issued so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), by considering requisition of the second respondent, the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, in case of initiating proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., is directed to issue summons to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
