2.The petitioner wants to erect the petition mentioned name board near a public bus shelter. The revenue authorities have given written instructions that this name will give rise to law and order problem. The petitioner is not ascertaining any civil right as such. 3.According to the respondents, the issue has law and order implications. It would not be appropriate for the writ Court to issue any positive direction.

4.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
