This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members with regard to his matrimonial dispute under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint received against the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2014 by the 2nd respondent police and the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondents police.
