ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.165 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 10 kgs of Ganja in his vehicle. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Principal Special Court for EC and NDPSC Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
