2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., commencing from December 2016, until further orders.
