ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to modify the condition imposed by the learned II-Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.1036 of 2019, dated 11.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already imposed on the petitioner by the trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report

before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. The order conditions imposed by the trial Court shall remain unaltered.
