2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 17.02.2017, in Crl.OP(MD)No.24176 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, twice in a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 20/03/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
