ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to the Crime No.245 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police, dated 21.08.2022 and quash the same with respect of the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,07.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
