ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
