ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection for the construction work in petitioner's properties in Natham S.No.417/38 with an extent of 0.0.34 sq. mtr. And in Natham S.No. 417/37 with an extent of 0.0.35 sq.Mtr situated at Melakottai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025. .

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.On perusal of the records, it is seen that the matter is civil in nature. Hence, the petitioner ought to be adjudicated before the competent civil Court.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a civil suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
