This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.27 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed on 21.12.2016 before the Anti Land Grabbing Court, Virudhunagar, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Anti Land Grabbing Court, Virudhunagar, is directed to verify, if charge sheet has already been filed, then he has to take the case on file, without any further delay.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
