ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.62 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, since the petitioner represented that he would approach a competent civil Court to resolve the dispute with the private respondents and that no further action need be taken by the police.

3.The aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) was not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
