ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.21034 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024. 2.Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the 1/3

condition regularly for the past 52 days without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.8(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21034 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
