ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of 1/4
Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission and adequate police protection for distributing the prize in the 1st Annual Music Function conducted by the Sound and Light Association, Batlagundu, scheduled on 30.01.2026.
2. Mr. A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the respondents.
3. Since the petitioner has scheduled the 1st Annual Music Function on 06.02.2026, he is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondent Police at the earliest. The respondents shall consider the same promptly and, subject to applicable conditions, fix the time accordingly.
