ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.8 in Crime No.63 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioners along with other accused armed with deadly weapons, assaulted the de facto complainant and others and caused injuries to them. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already A7 was granted bil by the Sessions Court on 13.10.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.6665 of 2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
