ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.5 of 2015 pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the trial in C.C.No.5 of 2015 could not be completed, since Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against some of the accused.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent police is directed to take steps to secure the presence of the accused in C.C.No.5 of 2015 and the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.5 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.
