PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Cr.No.Not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 306 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that only petition enquiry is pending in this case.

4.The complaint is pending from 12.02.2019. As per the complaint, the petitioner has received the amount of Rs.2,29,500/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand and Five Hundred only) in the month of December 2017 for providing dealership of BPO. Further, he claimed that Rs.98,500/- (Rupees Ninety Eight Thousand and Five Hundred only) has to be paid by the petitioner towards the work done by the de-facto complainant. loss caused to him, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only). The said conplaint is pending for enquiry for the past four months without registering regular case.

5.Taking into consideration of the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till the registration of FIR and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 6.In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

7.If a regular case is registered, this order shall become infructuous and the petitioner has to apply afresh for anticipatory bail.
