ORDER

Pastor.Samuel Jebakani filed O.S.No.160 of 2019 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. The revision petitioners herein were shown as defendants in the said suit. They filed I.A.No.2 of 2020 for rejection of plaint. It was dismissed vide order dated 22.09.2021. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed.

2.During the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the parties have amicably settled all the outstanding issues. A compromise memo dated 01.10.2024 has also been entered. It has been duly signed by Pastor.Samuel Jebakani as well as Shri.Ebenazer Selvaraj, State overseer. It is stated that Thiru.G.Gnanadas was the previous State overseer and Shri.Ebenazer Selvaraj is the present State overseer. The compromise memo has also signed by the respective counsel. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo dated 01.10.2024. It shall form part of the record. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
