ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.329 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 506(ii) and 302 IPC, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.09.2015. He seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution that the accused and the deceased were friends and the accused demanded money from the deceased for consuming liquor and when he refused, the accused attacked the deceased and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the accused was arrested based on the extra judicial confession said to have been given by the Village Administrative Officer, which is false.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the occurrence had been taken place on 03.09.2015 at 8.00 pm and major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
